The Winery

Autumn Moon Cellars produces two single vineyard wines:  Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay.  Both wines are made in extremely small quantities to ensure that all aspects of the wines’ production meet the highest quality standards and are performed entirely by the winery.

The winemaking style for our Cabernet Sauvignon creates a wine that showcases the highly concentrated varietal flavors with well structured tannins capable of long term aging.  For our Chardonnay, the winemaking style is one of pairing crisp ripe fruit characteristics with a balanced subtle oak component.  This allows the wine to be enjoyed on its own and also pair extremely well with food.

The Winemaker

Robb Felder, winemaker for Autumn Moon Cellars, has been making wines in the Napa Valley for close to a decade.  After graduating from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, Robb went to work for winemaker Bruce Cakebread at Cakebread Cellars.  Learning the craft of winemaking from one of the valley’s most highly regarded winemakers has given Robb a solid foundation to create wines that reflect his own style and expression.

Over the years, Robb has produced wines of consistent quality, depth and balance.  His wines have won dozens of awards including gold medals from numerous wine competitions.
